"You've picked the right State Farm agent if you're looking to be over billed and undeserved. Not to mention very poor and unacceptable customer service that borderlines harassment when Tim and his wife want you to buy more policies. When it's time to deliver service, they hide, fail to return calls, fail to keep your policies updated, and cause your repair payments to get lost and delayed. However, he's very good to threaten to call the police on a police family. Then, realizing his empty threat was just that because he forgot who he was speaking to. Nonetheless, our family cut ties with this agent and took our business elsewhere, but formal complaints are being filled with the State Farm corporate office and the Better Business Bureau."
