Unexpectedly just had to use my policy for roadside assistance and let me tell you, EASIEST PROCESS EVER. Also not going to lie, I love being able to call or text the office and getting the same group of people. Ace helped me yesterday with roadside assistance and it was so efficient and fast. Everyone I’ve spoken with at this office is just plain old nice. Nice, polite, fast and efficient are underrated skills that are hard to find these days. I plan on moving my other policies over to State Farm once they come to term.
